These words were intended to impact our life....the words we speak , our actions in ALL we do in the world in which we live...and how we treat ALL of those we come in contact with...

Especially our enemies and those we do not like or agree with.....

Time and time again the very heart of God is crushed as He watches over His children as witness to their lack of mercy for others....

We whom are Seasoned Christians are Accountable ...."to whom much is given much will be required".....

We know the truth for it is given to us by the Holy Spirit who dwells within us...Sent by God not only to comfort us But to guide us into All Truth...

What is Truth...?

It is the Word of God that was made flesh and dwelt among us...

How do some say... Lo, I believe in the Christ........yet they forsake His Word.. For one can Not be separated from the other for they are One and the same....

I look out upon this vast expanse of people and see others tearing apart their Leaders, their peers and strangers alike and in the same breath they lay claim to salvation through Christ Jesus....

My soul grieves and I groan in the spirit, and in the wake of my tears I wonder how many lives are being lost to the Kingdom because of their total disregard for what God called us to do...

Jesus shed His Blood for All humanity..... He saved us so that through us others could witness His Great Love, Mercy and Forgiveness ....

What Good are you to God if your salvation saves only you ?

This is what Jesus did for SINNERS.... What are you doing this day for Sinners to honor your King ?

Quiet moments

The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.

A Christian's viewpoint on backslidding....

Religious people...Hung Jesus on the cross... Christians cried...

We as Christians ALL came to Christ a Sinner.....

Now I do Not know about your life before you accepted Christ... but I can tell you that mine was ravaged and drenched in sin the day I fell to my knees crying out to God in repentance....

and what happened in that EXACT moment ?... The BLOOD of Christ that was shed on Calvary for each and EVERY human ...fell from the Body of Christ and drenched me in it's wonder working power...

For though my sins were as scarlet they are now as white as snow...

I am a NEW creature in Christ Jesus...old things have passed away and behold all things have become new.......

The Holy Spirit is grieved to see Christ's followers rioting in excess in a wanton display of attacking the human frailties and Sins of others... Blatantly making a spectacle of people who have publicly asked for forgiveness.....

They have succeeded in Insulting the very Crucifixion of Christ...Religious people are these ... wells without water.....

Better Times ahead...Ttestimony

So many times when we feel discouraged or downtrodden it can become so easy to feel lost, alone and on our own.....

But it is in those times when all else seems beyond hope and failure seems imminent....that if we sit still before God we will hear His Quiet, ever present, voice speak to us whispering words of Comfort and Love...

For it is never God who leaves us But we who leave Him......

I remember that long ago day when in an act of suicide I called out to God and said these words... "God I do not know if you are real but if you are I just flushed my life down the toilet and if you have any use for the wretched ugly person that I am you can have me".

It was at the moment I knew Jesus walked into my heart and filled me with his Holy Spirit.......and I went to sleep.....

I remember waking up in the hospital 27 hours later,...after what the doctors described as an overdose intended to kill a horse and after my family being told I would not make it because my kidneys were failing .... But God had other plans for me.....

You see I was done with "self' and I unknowingly had just offered myself as a living vessel to be used in any way God saw fit to share the Gospel of Christ.....and so it was then and it will be until my dying breath...

Now I can not say there have not been times when my flesh has not reared it's ugly head and had it's way with my mouth. You know, that unruly tongue full of deadly poison.. no man can tame that James warns us about in chapter 3...

But the Secret weapon.....? Continually staying immersed in the Word of God and praying for the Conviction of the Holy Spirit to prick your conscious at all times as to when you are displeasing your Heavenly Father.....

I encourage each of you reading these words, to KNOW that no matter how dark the storm , how great the obstacles, how sad, how lonely, or how angry you might be on this day in your life .... the Light of the Lord will Rise to shine in your soul and fill you with His Peace, His Mercy, His Forgiveness, His Long-suffering, His Joy, and His Love...for you are His child, His creation and He may not be finished with you yet and He certainly will not leave the job undone ...

For as Paul wrote to the Phillippians "that he which has begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ"

There are Nine types of Angels....read story in full

1. Seraphim

These are the angels who are closest to God. They encircle his throne and emit an intense fiery light representing his love. Seraphim are considered "fiery serpents" and not even the other divine beings may look at them.

2. Cherubim (Plural of Cherub)

These angels are the keepers of celestial records and hold the knowledge of God.

3. Thrones

Thrones' appearance is perhaps the most bizarre of the first grouping. They are said to look like great glowing wheels covered with many eyes. They serve as God's chariot and dispense his judgment in order to carry out his desires for us.

4. Dominions or Dominations

Think of dominions as middle management. They receive orders from seraphim and cherubim, then dish out duties to the "worker bee" angels of the lower orders.

5. Virtues

. They also take orders from the angels above and convert them into miracles for the deserving. When they make themselves known to us in their earthly form, they are musicians, artists, healers, and scientists who work with the power of love, as well as physics.

6. Powers

They are the angels of birth and death. Some believe that they also preside over demons who wish to overthrow the world.

7. Principalities

the principalities who oversee everything. They guide our entire world -- nations, cities, and towns. What's more, they are in charge of religion and politics. As if their plate isn't full enough, they are also in charge of managing the earthly duties of the angels below them.

8. Archangels

They, along with the angels, are guardians of people and all things physical. But don't call on them to help you personally; archangels respond best when dealing with matters involving all humankind. They are the first order of angels that appear only in human form.

9. Angels

Angels are the true intermediaries between God and individual people. Angels don't watch over nations; they safeguard households and individuals who believe in God and keep them safe from demons. They nurture, counsel, and heal. We all have a "personal angel," better known as our guardian angel, with us daily.

Our earliest memories often take us back to our fondest recollection of Christmas.........

I recall a long ago Eve December 24, 1953 at the tender age of 4 back home on the farm in Oklahoma.... I will never forget the smell of the fresh pine tree Big Daddy (my great grandfather) had cut down early that morning and how I had helped to string popcorn to decorate it with along side the red paper balls my grandma had tied on the tree with green ribbon......and the little wood manger that lay beneath the tree with a tiny baby wrapped in swaddling cloth representing Baby Jesus......and Big Momma ( my great grandmother) had just finished baking sugar cookies in the kitchen on the wood burning stove/oven.........making certain that they would be ready in time for Santa's arrival...... and the sound I can still hear ever so clearly today of sleigh bells ringing loudly outside in the snow and being told it was Santa's reindeer landing close by ....and the Ho HO HO at the door as it opened and there stood Santa..red suit, white beard and all ( years later I learned it was my grampa) and suddenly out of his big black bag he handed me two presents (I still have to this day) a baby doll and a white, leather cover, Bible with my name inscribed in gold letters on the lower right side of the cover.... I remember my very loving grandma taking me up in her lap and telling me all about the great stories in the little white book that would become my most prized possession in the years to come......and showing me the pictures it held within it's pages of Jesus and Angels..... not realizing at the time how they would see me through many difficult times in the years to come as I held that Book close to my heart..and found great comfort in knowing they were watching over me..... and I can still hear the beautiful sound of my mother singing 'Silent Night" as though she were a real live angel......

Yes I was blessed to have a family that cared so very deeply about one four year old little girl amidst her parents, grand parents and great grandparents to go out of their way to not only bring me a real live Santa... and all the sound effects to boot... but to give me the Greatest Gift of all ...that long ago Christmas Eve 1953..The Word of God....

Knowing that life would knock me down at times and knowing they, as humans, would fail me they gave me a foundation that NO man could ever take from me ... A foundation that would see me through every valley, every storm, every battle, war and attack...that was certain to come........

Yes, what Christmas means to me is being Thankful for Family ... a family that taught me the true meaning of Christmas.....

And she brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.

⁸Now there were in the same country shepherds living out in the fields, keeping watch over their flock by night. ⁹ And behold, an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were greatly afraid. ¹⁰ Then the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. ¹¹ For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. ¹² And this will be the sign to you: You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger.”

Don't Worry...Think on these things...........

I was just reflecting on some of the most memorable events in my very blessed and lengthy life and discoved their is no distance nor measurable amount of time that can separate us from the memory of Joy when we 'think' upon happy times in the past....

Philippians 4:8

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Are you praying for the President and his wife ?

Something very important seems to have been misplaced..even lost amidst all the political fray going on between Party ideologies.....and many have lost their own way to human decency in their fight to be heard...

We have in our White House two wonderful, God fearing 'people".. Vividly aware of the great responsibility they have to the American people...

I am certain there is NOTHING this man is taking lightly...No decision he does not mull over accepting the consequences of his actions.....

Yes these two are a father, a mother, a son, a daughter, a friend, and most importantly the Leader of our Great Country............

The President of The United States of America... and at the very least these two deserve our Love and our Prayers......

I am appalled that the very people who say they believe in God... FAIL miserably to believe in God's WORD.....

My Bible confirms to me that what so ever we Pray for BELIEVING we shall receive..

It is a travesty that many are using their prayer closet to pray for the demise of Our leader instead of praying our President receive and perfect God's will for America...whatever that may be.............

I pray in the precious name of Jesus.... that God's mighty hand of protection and His Spirit of knowledge and wisdom fall abundantly upon the President and the First Lady...and may their hearts be filled with the Holy Spirit....

For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven" (Matt. 5:20).

Name Above All Names.....not just at Christmas

Now that the presents are unwrapped, the eggnog and cookies are gone, as we begin to take down the tinsel and lights packing them away for the long year ahead......

"Spiritual wickedness in High places"

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places, EPH 6:12.

I would like to focus on "spiritual wickedness in high places"

Do you realize there are backslidden, ignorant, Christians walking in the "flesh" who are sending out spiritual wickeness into high places ?

They wade through scripture with scissors in hand perverting the Gospel of Christ...

Some "Christians" ignorantly use "for there is therefore now no more condemnation to those that are in Christ Jesus BUT they fail to acknowledge the complete scripture..... "Who walk not after the flesh but after the spirit"

They run rampart in their unruly ways believing Falsely that they sin Not against God.....

FOOLS they are...Wolves in sheeps clothing leading the Sheep astray....

Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

The whole verse is cited, with the phrase in question, by Theodoret (466 AD), Ps-Oecumenius (tenth century), and Theophylact (1077 AD). We also have partial citation of the verse by Basil (379 AD). He writes: "Unhappy man that I am, who shall deliver me from the body of this death? I give thanks to God through Jesus Christ, our Lord." Now I don't know about you BUT my Bible states in....

I have NO clue why ANYONE in the past 15 to 39 years felt the need to change God's word... and I do NOT care ! In this situation I take the High road...believing that if I allow myself to walk in the "flesh" and Not the "spirit"..even though I am a Christian I am exposing myself to the Judgement of God in a very unfavorable light.... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE....The ONLY words I wish to hear when standing naked before my Father is "well done my good and faithful servant,,,,enter now into the Joy of the Lord"

Getting back to "spiritual wickedness in high places"...

AGAIN... there are those who attempt to send out "prayers" against a Child of God...I awoke this morning to discern the "spiritual" battle taking place in "heavenly places"..

God has given his Warring Angels charge Over me and this time it was not I who awoke and hit the floor in intercesstion but I who witnessed my Angels presiding over my rooftop GIANTS in the Full armor of God with swords drawn and HUGE sheilds in front of them and as the ememy approached ..upon seeing God's MIGHTY warriors they turned in retreat without a word...

Dear God

Please help me to understand my Daddy

He tells me I am lucky to live in America

But everyday I hear him shouting at mommy about this country has gone to the dogs and that our president is a yellow commie and he wishes someone would kick his butt.

He tells me to be kind to all my friends no matter how they behave towards me but he is angry and mean all the time to Mr. Wilson next door because he voted for Obama.

He tells me to share my toys and if one of my friends doesn't have any to give him some of mine because I have so many..but I heard him tell someone the other day that he'll be damned and go to hell before he gives one more penny to the government...to give to someone who doesn't have any .

He tells me it is a sin to lie but when the phone rang this morning he said answer it and tell them that he is not home.

Please God save my Daddy

Do you wear an "Empty Suit" ?

Yes, that is "the Question" from the Holy Spirit as we head into the New Year and each of us "as Christian's" need to be asking ourselves each morning as we look in the mirror preparing to go out the door and face the world we deal with each and every day...Are we just an "empty suit"..

Have we filled ourselves with the Love and the Grace.. God intends for us to extend to everyone we encounter... Have we filled ourselves with His Word......His Compassion.......His LONG-SUFFERING for those we encounter placed on our path as sandpaper to refine us into a workman worthy of heaven....are we filled with the Holy Spirit who gives us the words when we know not what to say?

Or are we just "an empty suit" ?

No love within us for the unlovable...no understanding of "except for the grace of God there go I".......No Word of Truth but only gossiping banter .....no compassion for the unworthy heathens...only contempt... LONG-SUFFERING or do you "dance on a dime" when slashing back at your offenders ? and as to the Holy Spirit...do you think he really fits inside even the space of your outer pocket when you dress in such a fashion?

2010... The Year of New Beginnings.....

Remember those days? The innocence of childhood...

Loves me...loves me not...loves me....loves me not...loves me...

Oh, how I wish that each one of us could recapture even just a small, sweet remnant of those long ago days.... the fragrance of a new rose in full bloom.....fresh petals in an array of vibrant colors scattered along our path through life leading us to far away lands lined with fairy tales and fantasy....

Oh, so long ago discarded and replaced with a lackluster, dry and cynical view of those who think differently than ourselves.....dirt covered trails void of all color........leading no where but going in circles ..repeating the same humdrum rhetoric...over and over and over........

Here is my wish ......My hope for each and everyone who reads my words..........

2010 is the year of New beginnings.....

A journey to a better place......taking time each and every day to Love and Laugh.... Smile and Be Thankful....make friends and be a friend......Not just "talking" But really listening.....to the words and thoughts of others.... especially to those that think differently than ourselves because in so doing we just might learn something ......coloring our world with new shades and hues... fresh and bright... full of Hope and anticipation for the future and what it holds...Void of all fear of the unknown because in the end God ALONE is in charge of ALL things both great and small and for those of us who 'believe" .............

What's on your "TO DO' list in 2010 ?

Determined to make 2010 my best year yet, I hope to blend my enthusiasm with hope as I set goals. armed with ‘to do’ lists, off I go.

For some of us, we resolve in the New Year to buy memberships to the gym, dust off our diet books and personal organizers, and vow to be more diligent in our time of worship. We develop a budget to get our “financial house” in order, and we read about living a “balanced life.” We’re bound for success, or so we assume. Wonderful intentions, yet we often seem to have difficulty turning them into positive successes.

For others their Only focus seems to be of a Political nature... No, I am not faulting those that do so because, after all, someone has to do the "dirty work"...

But as we press forward into yet another year I would ask those so CONSUMED on a daily, if not minute by minute basis, by POLITICS if the price you are paying..... worth the effort ?...

Is your health suffering from the stress of political dogma ?

Is your relationships with others suffering from the "often times" overly heated discussions?

Is time taken from your career that could be better spent..making "one" more deal possible?

Is God the primary focus of your day...your conversations... your Love for all others?

Because it will serve us all well to remember that God is a JEALOUS God... he plays second to None.....

THINKING that you are doing your country a service by continually "stirring the pot" does NOT change anything except your relationship with your Master.....

We are the servants of the Most High God ...I for one look forward in the coming year to acting like it.... towards ALL mankind....

All things work together for the good of those that love the Lord and are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28

Today I thankful for:

My sincere Prayer is we each step back WATCH AND LISTEN INTENTLY TO THE VIDEO and come to the saving Grace and Knowledge we can only prevail as One Under God to procure Victory against defeat...if we STAND UNITED..

I implore each and every professional on this site and extending to the Nation at large to lay down your anger, your bickering, your sarcasm, your hatred and if you are A Christian be filled with God's Love and call to Prayer...

If you are of another Faith or Faithless do what your Heart and Conscious calls out FOR YOU to do in exchange for whatever negative contributions you are now making to the U.S.A.....

NOTHING and again I say Nothing fruitful ever comes from an "empty" tree.....

Nourish your Country with Positive things and your reward will be great....

IS THIS "YOUR LIFE" ?

Far too many times the very thing we NEED the most is the thing we do without the MOST.......Like men who wear their socks thread bear and women squeezing out that last drop of "whatever".... We Go, Go and Go until our toes are showing and the 'Whatever" is totally empty... and then we have no choice left but "to run to the store"..

Isn't that what so many of us do with God ? We Go..Go and Go until our "flesh" is showing and the oil in our lamp is empty and then we have no choice left but "to run to God" ?

My prayer is that the Video act as a reminder that God "like the corner store" is Always there BUT He is Worthy of so much more than treating him as Only the "filling station when we run on empty"...

He who is "above all" deserves those STill Quiet Moments of our each and every day when we crawl lovingly into His lap and LISTEN TO HIS EVER PRESENT VOICE.........

God is Always speaking to us through His Holy Spirit ...

It is we who Can't hear over the sounds of our Busy Life....

BE STILL ...shhh.....

WONDER WORKING POWER ...DO YOU NEED SOME TODAY ?

Lord have mercy on my sisters and brothers who come to this blog and do not yet know you.....and for those that do but have gone astray and forsaken their First Love and wandered too far from the foot of the Cross.....

I pray that you would open their eyes and their hearts and their minds to the truth of your word and the incomprehensible love of Jesus that is so great that He would have come and died for any one of them, even if they were the only ones here on this earth. Enable them to grasp the truth that the salvation you bought for us through the shed blood of Jesus is a free gift to be received by faith. It is not something we can earn by our good deeds, lest any man should boast (Ephesians 2:8-9)
